THE SIGG FOUNDATION: VISION AND COURAGE

The history of SIGG Switzerland Bottles AG begins in 1908: Ferdinand Sigg, a metal working specialist, returned to Switzerland after years of learning and travelling. Together with his friend Xaver KΓΌng, he established an aluminium goods factory in Biel.

Sigg and KΓΌng are united in their love for metal and their belief that aluminium is the material of the future.
